The media could not be loaded. I purchased two of these, one for myself and one for my husband. They are excellent quality. They keep drinks cold. They hold our premade protein shakes, plus additional water and collagen powders. They mix the powder in well. I’ve only noticed a time or two where it didn’t mix well, but honestly, that may have been more user error not shaking it promptly after adding the powder. I wash the lid and the mixing ball in the dishwasher and hand wash the bottle. You do have to watch out for the seal in the lid, because sometimes it falls out. I like the lid locking mechanism. With past shakers, if I didn’t get the lid on quite right, it would open, and my shake would go everywhere. The lid locking mechanism is a nice feature to make sure that doesn’t happen. I highly recommend getting this over a complete plastic one if you’re interested in reducing the use of plastic in your home.

Works great, no leaks. Keeps everything cold . The texture is different but not bad.

Unfortunately I was given a defective bottle that leaked. When I tried to resolve it directly with the seller, after sending videos and photos verifying my purchase, I was told to buy a new cap because the "gasket was missing"-- but this was the exact product I received on amazon. I'd never taken out a gasket. When I inquired as to who was responsible for the missing gasket, they never replied.
