Great value
I take bcaa everyday and this is a cost effective tasty way to get it. Also strong enough to mix other things in with it if you have some unflavoured powders you want to take at the same time

Easy to drink and hydrates well
Nice steady taste which is good for drinking all day. I have no longer drink plain water or juice. I find Bcaa’s really help recovery when training hard and the electrolytes hydrate you well. It clears my brain fog

I bought the tub after I was sent a free sachet with a previous order. It 100% helps keep me hydrated better during my workouts/BJJ. With the added BCAAs there is definitely a benefit over water alone or Gatorade (Which I love and have post workouts)
