I've tried everything: OTC, prescription, diet, etc. Nothing cures my 20 years worth of acne. But this is the ONLY product to heal it quickly and without scarring. It's also the first product I've used that works on cystic acne; previous to this, I always had to go to the derm for cortisone injections (or have the cysts for months.) This actually makes cysts calm down into normal pimples - much easier to deal with.I have to use this twice a day, but it makes a real difference. Best acne product out there.
