SleepDreamz Silicone Ear Plugs (x4 pairs) – Noise Cancelling Ear Plugs, are effective in blocking out most unwanted and irritating sounds. Purchased for the purpose of a weekend trip away, sharing a hotel room with a heavy snorer. Using silicon ear-plugs, the result was an uninterrupted sleep - slept through two ringing alarm clocks which had been placed under a pillow, the night before! Silicon ear-plugs are re-useable, and product is said to be anti-microbial, and waterproof. Silicon ear-plugs are designed for easy rolling to mould, and shape-to-fit any human ear-channel. Silicon ear-plugs will sit comfortably, and can be shaped to form a snug airtight seal in ear-channel. However, in practice, they can be rather fiddly to administer and insert in ear-channel, instructions nothwithstanding. Several attempts were taken to mould one set of ear-plugs correctly. Ultimately, very handy, and surprisingly effective.

It feels a bit weird at the start when you put them in and put your head on your pillow but it is comfortable and easy to use. It cancels out most sounds but you can still hear your alarm when you need to and other noises sometimes. I am such a light sleeper and could never get in a deep sleep but these have helped me so much and I can get almost 9 hours with these in. The main thing is that it cancels out most noises and not completely everything but once you get into a deep sleep with these in,which doesn't take long, you're sorted for the night with no interruptions in your sleep. Also, there's 4 pairs and they're reusable so you can't go wrong.

I haven't used them that much, but I'll know better when I'm at uni and I'll have to use these ear plugs more often. It may be that my insertion technique wasn't right, but they didn't block out all sounds. They didn't block out the hoover's noise, but it was okay once I put my noise-cancelling headphones on.

I bought these because I'd found that the "foamy" kind of earplugs made my ears a bit sore the next day. These ones don't do anything like that, they stay in all night, are really easy to put in and don't hurt my eats at all.They don't (for me) block out absolutely every sound which is ideal because I was worried I wouldn't be able to hear my alarm but I sleep better with these in than I have for quite a few years!

I cannot wear normal earplugs as they keep falling out. I have tried all different types.These are great they can be moulded into your ear and definitely reduce noise. The first night I found a whole one was too big for my ear, but left it in. The following night I removed some of the silicone, which is easy to do and had a comfy noise free night.

they work better than other ear plugs, the only thing is that you need to put the right amount of it so they are comfy and they fit otherwise they are a bit uncomfy. Once you use them a few times they get dirty really soon.
