I run a home bakery and used this in my strawberry buttercream. It added wonderful flavor and a little went a long way. It wasn’t gritty or grainy and had a much “truer” strawberry flavor than some freeze dried powders that had a more artificial flavor.

I was looking for freeze dried strawberries that were in powder form. This was a great price for what you got. And worked out great for my truffles. Definitely will be buying again. Really liked the resealable bag. The powder was nice and fine with no strawberry pieces. Definitely will purchase again.

Not quite as good as raspberry powder, but this tastes like fruit and not chemicals.

Using strawberries in my cake changes the texture. I refused to use jello as most recipes suggested. Using this product is both natural and effective. Cake tastes like real strawberries were used.

Tastes great. Got it for creamed honey and the flavor definitely popped.

Disappointed in taste, has strong green unripe strawberry flavor. Didn't dissolve well, settled to bottom. If flavor was better it might work in something thick or creamy but not for liquid mixes.

I used this to make cookies and it was fabulous! My son uses it for his smoothies now too!
