I have installed two of these, the first two in the UK, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed with these fans. In the U.S., most houses have AC, but here, not so much. These fans blow cool air all around, and when they are on, you are tempted to wrap yourself in a blanket. To be fair, it was late winter, early spring. I am gearing up for my first summer, so I think this is going to be just what I need. They are quiet and smooth turning. The only thing you really hear is the wind they generate. The installation was pretty easy; you do need to pay attention to where the wires are so that you can slide the DC converter into place. You will want to read the instructions and go one step at a time. Once you mount the bracket to the ceiling, practice sliding the DC converter in before wiring to make sure you have the clearance you need. The first fan was tricky, but the second one was easier because I took an extra minute to double-check the cable. I can't speak to all these manufacturers' models, but the one I bought is really good.

Brilliant fan!The fitting was actually okay, just follow the video instructions and a mix of the written instructions, they both do stuff in different order and mix stuff out vice versa.The low speed is nice and nearly silent which is what my partner wanted, even at low speed the air is pushes around is decent. At higher speeds it’s obviously louder but very very good at cooling!Very expensive looking and the build quality looks brilliant

Just installed, as expected the assembly and installation was tricky but not beyond a decent DIY person. Agree with some other comments about, reading carefully and taking your time. Lot's of wire and fiddly to get everything seated and tidy but did the whole thing in about 2hrs. Very pleased so far, that fan is strong, even on lowest speed moves a lot of air. The light is LED not my first choice but at least there are some different light colour settings. Overall very happy

Nice product, and it does the job well. Gripe: the instructions are very hard to follow. You WILL NEED to be a VERY competant DIY-er in order to assemble and install these. It took 2 of us almost an entire day to assemble and install 1. We purchased 3 and it was the best part of 3 days. I thought it would get easier with the 2nd, but actually it was tough going. However, we did achieve it, but you do HAVE TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. And you may need the advice of an electrician depending on your wiring circuit. I chose this product over others because we have very little head room and needed a fan that would be very snug to the ceiling, not too large, but large enough to circulate the air. These do tick all my boxes and I like the fact you can flip over the fan wings, so you could have them showing white or wood effect, so in one room we have white, and another we have wood, and it works nicely. But if you don't have good diy skills, you may wish to buy this product and have someone else fit. It takes 2, working over your head, and drilling your ceiling because they have to hang from a wooden support. You can't hang these from plasterboard only (so the fact they include plasterboard plugs is a bit misleading).

Stop reading and just buy one .installed in bedroom . Brilliant fan, near silent in position 1 and 2 then is gets louder not the fan itself but the blades cutting through the air like a helicopter noise until you get to 6 , at 6 the curtains were flapping in the breeze. Don't need it anymore than position 1 . Light is a bonus . Getting another one for bedroom 2

Great fan and light, but I had to watch the video in order to put it together as the instructions are vague. It cools the room down in less than 30 seconds at the slowest speed, and is very quiet. I have now purchased a new remote control from Amazon, which comes with a new ECU, but no instructions on how to pair it with the original ECU. I have found plenty of instructions on pairing with other makes, but none on this one. Does anyone know?Still a great fan though.

So far so good. Have installed 1 of 3 of these, a bit tricky to wire up (due to poor electrics in the first place).It works very well. We haven’t had it on higher than level 3, but when we tested level 6 it was super powerful and very quiet too!It’s definitely function over form (it looks fine, but won’t win you any interior design prizes).Great value for money, better than a tower fan or pedestal fan to be honest.If you’re thinking about getting a ceiling fan then do.

It arrived well packed and everything looked well made. The fan (when assembled) is quiet and efficient. However, I would have given it 5 stars had it not been for the wiring harness (difficult to fit in ceiling cover) and the pathetic remote which only works occasionally. Also the supplied instructions that required more clarification regarding how to configure the light (which I did get very quickly from the company) which should have been included initially. Concerning the light, it was supposed to go from cool white to warm white which was debatable at best. Being light sensitive, I've decided not to bother using this feature.
