While we are not fans of the Samsung fridge we own(it came with our house), we do like these filters. They work in the fridge and are easy to install and remove. We happy with their longevity. We use the water feature on our fridge a lot! Would recommend.

These work just as well as the super expensive name brand replacements I was purchasing for my Samsung refrig. Highly recommend. Fit perfectly.

When I installed the first filter, I heard a small pop but didn’t think anything of it. The next day the tray underneath was half full of water. I had ordered a 2 pack, so tried the second filter. This time no pop, but I put a towel and some containers just in case there was a leak and checked periodically. After a few days I was confident things would be OK. I reported the defect and got a replacement the next day. Kudos to K&J for responding quickly !

Looking at this filter, you think how is this going to work. And I admonished myself for choosing the cheaper option. At half the price of one filter from Samsung, whats to lose? Right? samsung original has three o-rings where this only has two, of course a leak is a real worry. Especially since samsung warns their warrantee is void if you use another's product. So of course I'm somewhat worried that this will be an issue. Samsung's filter fit perfect and there is no space between the sides of the opening for the filter. This is not true of this filter, but it goes in easily, and works just as well as the Samsung filter. Risk was worth it. Filter works well. Water tastes great.

I just went to reorder a 2-pack and realized that it’s been 11 months since my last order! That’s with a house of 5 people (oh, and my wife insists on giving the 3 dogs filtered water!). So despite heavy usage, they lasted almost a year.No deterioration in taste or quality of water in that time. Strongly recommend!

Have had the new generic filter installed for about 3 weeks and frequently check for leaks. so far, dry as a bone. Brand filters come with adhesive date stickers to allow you to put the date (which are on the stickers) for when it's time to be changed. I had to use a magic maker to mark expiration date on this filter. Slightly worried that manufacturer of my refrigerator says if there is a problem with non-brand parts then the warranty would be void!

Very easy to install after confirming the right model, much cheaper then the filters sold by manufacturer of the fridge. Important to realize that our water dispenser is not used during the fall and spring months, hence the filter should not be changed according to time but rather use. Read the owners manual to find out if the change light comes on from time or use. Highly recommend this filter.

I’ve gone through 3 sets of these and I can say the water out of the water dispenser tastes a lot better with these filters compared to the more expensive Samsung equivalent. Make sure to follow the rinsing process like with any freshly installed filters.These also has a deeper recess to grab onto which makes pulling them out much easier.
