This supplement has a great mix of ingredients to balance hormone. I bought it for the wife and she said it’s easy to take, and she appreciate the added Berberine, Cinnamon, Ashwagandha and etc for extra benefits. Looking forward to seeing how it helps her over time the 10 days and if it does we'll probably order more.

I’ve been taking this for a few days. I can say that my energy levels do feel improved but as for the hormone support it’s too soon to say. I’ve removed a star because this bottle is only a ten day supply. Who does that?

But, every body responds difficulty. I am not a doctor, so I cannot make medical claims. You will need to do your own research online, if you are not already familiar with the ingredients benefits. Although it seems like a well thought through combination ingredients, it is not a great value. The recommended daily dosage is three capsules per day. This means one bottle only lasts ten days, which is not a great value. And, typically it takes more than ten days to notice the benefits of supplements. I experienced no negative side effects, no GI distress, weird smells or tastes. If you can afford it, it sounds like long-term use would be beneficial.
