Super easy to put together and my cats love it! We were using a plastic water fountain previously that we were gifted, but we had so many issues with it. This one works great, is easy to clean and take apart, and is super quiet! Our cats also seem to prefer this water fountain over regular bowls and other water fountains we've tried! I also love the light inside that makes it easier to see the water level inside.

It works fine, but none of my 4 cats will drink from it. One was inquisitive enough to investigate, but did not drink from it and went looking for her regular water bowl. My 3 boys won't even go near it. I bought 2 of these in very high hopes that my 4 cats would use. Can I return both of them and get my money back? It looks like others set theirs up, didn't work and said they were returning. I did not think I could return if I already set them up. If someone could respond, I'd really appreciate it bc I also bought 10 replacement filters, too. Again, I was VERY optimistic that this would work, so I went all in. Please lmk if I can return. Thank you.UPDATE 7/16/2025: I am upgrading my review to 4 STARS because, the customer service is excellent. My cats still won't drink from fountain (hence the 4 Stars & not 5), but the customer service is allowing me to keep and has issued a full refund. As I stated in my initial review, this fountain works, I like it a lot; the stainless steel, the peaceful sound, the blue light that shows the water level, the ease of use ... I just wish my 4 kitties would drink from it. 😔Maybe the fountain shouldn't be so high? Not sure if that's what's intimidating my cats??Nevertheless, thank you, again, for being an A PLUS company and honoring your product and your word.

This was very easy to assemble. My kitten didn't take to it at first, but after an hour or so he did. He loves it. He was always putting his paw in his bowl of water, like he just wanted to make it move. That's why I bought this, other than it being cleaner too. Perfect size for him.

Does what it needs too and is pretty quiet. The dripping sound is soft and pretty relaxing. Easy to clean and the filter ACTUALLY does something unlike a lot of other fountains. Easy assembly and easy to take apart. Cats love it :)

This is a pretty great fountain for the price! My older cat has become picky with his food and now prefers dry to wet, so I needed to get him drinking more. This fountain has done it! He loves the moving water, both to drink and to watch. It is very easy to set up right out of the box as well.My only gripes: The top does not seat securely into the basin; it's held in place only by the suction cups on the bottom of the pump. This makes the top plate a little wobbly. Also, the instruction booklet shows the included carbon filter as a cartridge-looking object while the actual filter is a small paper one. I thought I was missing a piece at first, but it's just different looking in the booklet.All in all a great product, especially for a cat reluctant to drink still water! Keep an eye on the water level through the window; it can be refilled easily by carefully pouring water through the top with a pitcher. If your cat is a messy eater like mine, you'll also want to check daily for kibbles that have escaped into the basin, as the drain is large enough to allow small pieces of food through. You'll notice a change in the water quality.
