Had surgery and really needed this to help me get into bed. Very sturdy and comes with a pouch to store my glasses and pain meds. Easy to put together and easy to install. Definitely recommend.

This product is pretty good. It works well for my dad who just needs the safety of a to make sure he doesn't accidentally roll out of bed and to also give him the leverage to get up from bed. Took off a star because assembly was a bit confusing and adding the stability strap is incredibly cumbersome.

Side rail helps my husband maintain his independence. Adjustable leg length make it a perfect height for our bed. He likes the storage area. It's perfect for the remotes, his phone, or whatever you need to use it for. The light has a motion senser in it and it works perfect. I charged it two weeks ago and it's still going strong. Light turns on when it sees movement and stays on for 20 seconds. Not to bright...a perfect night light. This is sturdy, good quality and reasonable cost. It helps my husband get in and out of bed, but also keeps him from falling out of bed. I'd recommend and will be buying another.

Seems sturdy so it should last even though I’m a big man but way less than 400. Handle on top is much wider than other brands. Factor in a night stand depth and this product, you’re actually getting in bed about 3 1/2 feet from the wall or headboard, so you’ll have to be able to slide yourself up in the bed towards the headboard unless you want your feet hanging off the end of the mattress.

I do like this gadget for my mom and it does seem to give her something somewhat stable to use. My only complaint is that it’s does not go far enough down in the door hook and feels a bit wobbly.
