This is the 2nd time that I've purchased this as a birthday gift. Folks love it and I plan to purchase another as a gift in October.

I purchased after so many reviews were great to the fact that family could just send photos to photo frame and they would start scrolling. My sis is not an electronic guru so this was great for her. She had to do nothing but sit back and watch. Nope once downloaded she has to choose 4 different choices and then wait like 10 min or more to see them. This was a gift and she doesn't want to return . My husband has to go to her home weekly to do this for her. She's 70 .

There is a learning curve at first but it's such a great frame. I wish they made it easier to upload instantly. Otherwise my mom loves this picture frame. It also has other functions such as the time.

I should have returned this when i realized that the manual was worthless: less than 3 pages of instructions in English, print so small you can barely read it, and there is no customer or technical support. If you try to get support from them, you get sent to a forum which consists of customers trying to help other customers. That is not customer or technical support. I even tried email but no response. there are other frames that are easier to use. Both of my daughters got those as a gift. I can’t even find out what what BGM is. The contact website or email is in gold and cannot be read unless you have a strong magnifying glass.

My son gave me one a few years ago, I love it, I bought one for my grandson for christmas this year.

What I like about this is the fact that I can easily use it with my phone. There's a Kodak app that you can use to transfer the photos to it which is so nice because otherwise I've got to find a cord and connect things so this makes it so much easier. It's bigger than the other digital picture frame I have and the quality is a lot better. What I like is it also displays the weather and the calendar and a few other things. I get a lot of compliments on it when people come by because they're looking at the photos. Highly recommend!

The app is terrible. There is not much on it. The frame itself is nice but there are several things you have to google and get answers on how to fix things. The biggest is the "new" on the screen. The only fix is going inside each folder and clicking on each picture, back to the folder and click the next..and so on for EVERY picture to get it to go away. Why???
