I think I see a difference as in being in a better mood being a premenopausal woman. Although I have started taking another medication for menopause around the same time so it’s hard to tell whether this supplement is helping. Tastes good .

I took these for 2 months, unfortunately I gained about 5-7 pounds of water weight and I believe it was due to the creatine. I am lean and very active, and this was the only thing I changed over the past few months. I did notice an increase in my mood and a reduction in my night sweats. I also got terrible heartburn while using this product. Depending on why you are looking to take this, it may help you, but I would look into each ingredient before starting them, I wish I had been more diligent.
