Asmuse Guitar Capo Trigger for Acoustic Electric Classical Ukulele bass with Guitar Picks-Black

I bought two of these (one chrome and one bronze) based on an advert I saw on Facebook. Having contacted the seller to ask about international shipping and them replying I pulled the trigger and received them a few days later - not within the timeframe indicated but thats because the good old British Postal Service took two days to ship them 40 miles from their distribution centre.Ok, onto the items - the item comes in its own tin, with a sleek brushed finish and peek through window. On opening the tin the capo is presented in a cut to form foam pad and comes with three free plectrums. My initial reaction was of the well built and weighty nature of the item. It has a good feel in the hand and has been well cast in what ever metal it is. The finish is a nice matte and brings up the features of the styling excellently.So far I have tried this capo on a standard electric six and an electric 12 sting and have found it easy to use. The skull head unscrews to open the jaws of the capo and is clamped to the neck with, what I found to be, minimal pressure. I was expecting to have to screw this quit tight (especially on the 12 string electric, due to the increased tension of 12 strings) but found that the notes rang clear on both guitars with the lightest amount of tightening. The foam/rubber on the insider of the jaws grips the back of the neck snuggly, and provide enough damping of the strings with out pressing them unduly and forcing them out of tune as some capos can.I bought this capo initially as a statement piece for a guitar I had recently completed building, which had a distinctly "skull" vibe to it, and thought that this would add that one extra little piece to the guitar, however I am so pleased with the item, that I intend to use it on my guitars and mandolins from now on (not sure if it would work on a bass - perhaps a little experiment is in order).In short, a well made, well presented and highly effective capo - that is a joy to use.

Fixes securely. Not going to be confused with other guitarists capo's - which is why I bought it. Holds down the strings firmly. Does the job and with the addition of attitude. It's clearly a screw to tighten type - so no stars deducted fort taking a moment to fit and remove.

In general I prefer pistol grip capo's, but this is great fun, looks good, arrived quickly and in a nice presentation case (tin) with a few picks too. Very nice product, works well and really looks good. Not as obvious a "bony finger" at first as it looks like a very nicely made metal segmented capo, but once you see the skull on the tightening screw, people realise.

I’m very happy with these capos, they fit securely to the neck, and hold the strings firmly. Also being a pack of two means there’s one for me and one for my son! The six picks are of a good quality, although the colours are not as varied as those pictured - I expect they just supply random colours, but I’m disappointed to have two pinks (albeit different shades). Over all, very happy.

I bought these 2 metal skull guitar capos for my son who has just joined a band.They look excellent on his Gibson.Very well made, fit snugly and the rubber protection prevents damage to his guitar.Thank you for the prompt delivery also 🙂

Strong metal capo, feels solid, good quality build. Easily adjusted by screwing the skull to release and tighten onto the guitar. Rubber cushioning inside allows the capo to fit well without causing damage.

Unusual design. Well made, easy to adjust and works well on all types of guitar. Came in a lovely presentation case with three picks so would make a great present for any guitarist.

I received these Capo exactly as described. These are very heavy duty, and durable. Definitely one of the coolest capos out on the market, especially for rockers and metal players. Perfectly fits my 6 and 7 string electric guitars without any issues. This doesn't feel like cheap, and has some nice weight to it. I was able to put it on the guitar and tighten the skull down to get a perfect fit, with no buzzing or fretting issues. Skull screw turns easily and the hinge mechanism easily releases the capo from the guitar. Definitely recommend these awesome Capos.
