When it does work it’s great! LOL
I had to buy this after giving up the search for our original one. It worked fine the first couple of days but now it works when it wants to. I’ve changed the batteries and still it takes multiple times to get the volume to change...

WORKS FLAWLESSLY FOR VIZIO SMARTCAST
No set up required. It paired immediately to my Vizio Smart Cast. All of the functions worked.! I was able to set up my smart case, WiFi connectivity etc from the remote. I love it.

Defective two times in a row.
Second one from this seller and they are both defective! The button that controls the screen size does not work on either ... Buyer beware.

Just like it was in the box when I bought the TV. Unfortunately the remote doesn't really allow you to do much as far as controlling the TV. Wasn't the best developer decesion.
