They sent me a replacement. Unfortunately all 3 were hard and lumpy again. I think its possibly due to being shipped in cold weather. So I suggest not ordering them during the winter months if you are in a cold area. I will say that these have a super thick outer material, and that is the reason for bumping my stars. My 3 boys are rough on stuff and they haven't broken one yet!! In my video you will see that one ball is super squishy and easy to squish, and the other has hard lumps that you can squeeze hard and break into smaller peices. Also note, the red design will NOT stay, but that doesn't bother me. ### ⭐ Don't waste your money *by A***A on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on January 1, 2020* Two of the balls are lumpy and hard. Out of those two balls one has black stuff inside it. We cut it open and it appears to be mold. (See pic) You can see the white stuff is hard and crumbly. We live in Florida so the weather doesn't play a factor in why it is hard. The only one that looked and felt the way it should busted on the 1st day.
