This scooter is very fast. It will go 19Mph as posted. I wasn’t expecting it to be as fast as it is. It is very convenient to take places the way it folds up so easily and how light it is. I love the appearance of this scooter it is very stylish looking. The seat is very comfortable. The front dual shock absorbers and seat shock absorption make it a really smooth ride. I really love that it has a basket to carry things. Also, like that it came with a cell phone holder. The battery lasts a very long time. It is built durable and of quality. It was super easy to put together. Learning to use it was really easy. I really like the digital speed odometer. The light on the front and taillight makes it convenient to ride it at night. The hand brake makes it safe to ride anytime as well. I really enjoy riding this scooter. Very much recommend this product to anyone. The Bluetooth connection to my phone was very easy to set up and I love this functionality.

I am very impressed with this electric scooter. Installation was simple and easy. I mainly ride it around my community, between the office, dinning hall and gym, and it saves me so much time. The battery is extremely durable- with a full charge, I can easily use it for a week. The scooter is easy to use. I usually ride in the low-speed mode. There is rear light and the left/right turn signals. The braking and lighting systems give me extra confidence, especially when riding at night, I feel very safe. The scooter rides smoothly and feels very stable. I really love the back basket. It's practical for carrying items and it can even be used as a seat when needed, which is very convenient. For my daily use, this scooter meet all my needs, I am very satisfied with it.

This is a decent little scooter! Especially for the money I have put a couple hundred miles on it now and it works great. A little underpowered taking off but other than that I have no complaints I would definitely buy it again

Love this seated scooter. The basket is awesome for quick store runs. And exploring the local national parks and wildlife. it is easy to use and holds a great charge. And the running board is so wide you can easily stand or sit on the seat, which is height adjustable. It's eays to put togethe and easy to fold the steering bar down. Plus cones with phone holder, lock, front and back lights, turn signal, horn, and charging cable. Great buy, highly recommend.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. First, I ordered this scooter Dec 6 it came within a few days. As I took it out of the box it did not have the "brand new" look the packaging was bent and damaged, everything wasn't tightly packaged it was a bit loose which gave it away , I was given a used scooter. Second installation was easy, I went to take it for a spin to the corner store ,"2 miles from home". The BRAKES would not stop squeaking it is VERY annoying. The scooter came fully charged 4 bars now I went 2 miles away from home and before I got back I lost 1 bar. My son has a different scooter apart from mine his goes 22mph, he's riding his on the side walk while I'm in the bike lane on the side of him. That's when I noticed how slow the scooter goes my son was going faster than me and once I look to see my speed it has the nerve to say I'm going 35mph smh. I've contacted customer support literally the first day because I have been given a bad scooter ^^ this was on my first day of having the scooter Fast forward now a couple of days later the scooter dies quickly with out even reaching 10-15 miles so 27 miles is an major lie. I have charged it for hours today and I went to the clothing store, 3 miles from home and it literally lost two bars within MINUTES or me riding it , but it was on the charger for hours very bad battery life. acceleration is not all that I don't even know how fast I am really going because the speed lies. I've contacted support they say to press it 3 times. But I have already had so many issues with this scooter day 1. I am not going to keep it. I have walked it home two days straight because it has died. today it died while it had 3 bars dropped down completely dead while I was half way home. that was it for me I had to pay an Uber to get home because of this unreliable scooter. this has truly been a huge headache

I have been comparing stand and seated scooter; final I decided to buy the seated scooter which I personally feel safer than the stand scooter. The scooter is comfortable with 14” wheel and shock absorbing are great no bumping up and down when riding on the road. Speed is fast but I don’t really go fully speed when riding the scooter, I always ride around 15 which is kind of fast already. I charge 2 times per week. I don’t ride far; I mainly use to work in nearby supermarket. It is a foldable scooter but I really don’t fold at all to store at my work place. Break works fine and stop fast. Came with basket, phone holder and lock, which is a big plus and big saving. Came with 2 key which is a plus, which you can keep one at home for a backup. So far everything works well and comfortable. Installing is super easy which is 2-3 step and you are done.
