Helped our cat get through a rough patch
Bought a camo XL for my male Ragdoll cat. Not used on any tactical missions so far but nice to know itโs ready when he is. Needed a solution to save his pride after scratching himself a bald spot right between his shoulder blades in less than three hours! Overnight delivery was absolutely needed to prevent further scratching and hair loss. Had to spend every moment with him to help him not scratch. Picked up a one application tube of Revolution from vet for suspected dust mites. He did not have fleas and is indoor only. Revolution knocked out the critters immediately. My boy took to the vest right away with no fussing or distress. The adjustable neck kept the vest in place with room for comfortable movement and rest and no back outs. The feeling of being held/embraced by the vest had a very calming effect on my little guy. His face said it all. He loved it and especially appreciated getting his back rubbed on top of the vest. Vet warned his fur might not grow back in the bald spot and weโre glad that has not been the case. Beautiful new fur growth looks fantastic and weโre so relieved he isnโt being chomped on by mites. So my dear sweet boy gets to keep his gorgeous seal point suit with white trousers and all of his fur. The vest helped him and us through this stressful event and heโs doing well and looking great. And now has an outfit he can wear to impress his friends. Did not use the leash but it is sturdy as is the attachment ring on top of the vest. As a ragdoll cat, he is indoors only, as is his half sister. The breed is so gentle and trusting, they will go with anybody. These are my kids! The vest is well made, sturdy and strong, yet flexible in the right ways for comfort. And the Camo is so nice. Havenโt added any tactical patches to the vest but there are two places for some if he decides to go full military or hardcore punk or metal on us. Just so relieved he is happy and his sweet unbothered self. ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ถ๐ถ๐ถ๐ฅ

My cat absolutely hates this with a passion I previously thought him incapable of expressing.
From my perspective: Fits well. I bought the small and medium because he's about 8 pounds and either one fits, but the smaller one fits him best. Seems sturdy enough and it didn't break the bank, plus it's camo! Great for a beginner adventure kitty, right? He seemed to know it was for him when I pulled it from the box and rubbed it a little. Then I, with apparent malice aforethought and harboring secret dreams of destroying his autonomy placed it on him and velcroed him up. I put him on his feet and he splatted to the ground on his side. We were in for a test of wills. He spent some time deciding if I meant him fatal harm and came to the incorrect conclusion that I did mean to kill and probably eat him, even though there was never any clue he felt that way until now. With his belly touching the ground he bolted about 10 feet and then it looked like he was wrestling an imaginary dragon, Mehmet I assume. It may be that the red dragon helped him get out of the harness, because get out he did, then moved under a car. Hilarity ensued. Finally caught and (omg) hissing at me he took a deep breath to make it more difficult to harness him, but I had learned the way of the horse many years ago and I just waited for him to blow. The satisfying "Chhh" of applying velcro was the last sound he ever heard before his autonomy was ripped away and he became rigid, thus falling to the ground. I am sure with time, and great patience will come total compliance with my wishes, after all he is but a house cat. From the cat's perspective: "Hey what's that thing is it a toy for me?" Rubs face on it - I want this. Get picked up, a concealing, possibly warm thing being draped over me. Nice. A new cat blanket maybe? Then "chhh" and my neck freedom is severely hindered. Oh, I do not like this (shakes head and shoulders) What the F- are you doing? Don't attach the other velcro, (violent wiggling) you mother- Awww. Now I. Don't. Have the. Autonomy. To stand. (falls sideways). It is if I am without the use of my extremities and - ohh I am not getting air, omg I'm not getting air, "Holy - I'm going to die. You murderer!" Pass out briefly from lack of snacks then instantly bolt under a car like a friggin ninja! "What's - wh" (flips ends at the end of leash). "Sorcery! Imaginary dragon you're my only friend now, you have to help me get out of this trap before I suffocate." (Massive Struggling) "Ah thank you dragon, I would offer you my firstborn, but fear that I shall never conceive a child." "Do not worry about it my friend as I am an imaginary dragon. The power to escape was always within you" Owner snags me when I was talking to Mehmet, starts re attaching the harness. "I'll inhale and puff myself up so he can't make it fit". Oh this was a great idea, he's having trouble getting the belly strap - aw, what's he doing. He's...waiting. What, why wait? Just try again and give up, that's your path. He knew I was going to hold my breath, he's a WITCH." (looking at me) "Notice my eyes are wide open right now, as I am giving you no assurance of not killing you in your sleep tonight. You have to sleep sometime, you have to get on the toilet sometime and you will never see it coming. I mean, thanks for the treat...oh yes, quite yummy. Now what were you on about?

Itโs almost perfect
First things first, this harness is the perfect fit and while Iโm not sure Iโd say it escape proof. Itโs pretty close. Weโve had this vest about 1 1/2 yrs, and our little man is now finally fitting into this. When people talk about boys being more energetic and demanding, I thought that was only the human ones. Heโs been demanding outside time because this fits SO well and lets him move free and easy, only problem with that is he thinks heโs a cheetah now. With that the loop where the harness hooks to the leash ripped and he was off, right up a tree after what I can only say was a huge squirrel that say his life flash in front of his eyes. Over all the harness is a 9.5 but the stitching leaves a lot to be desired, almost lost a kitty to in to the forest. But after all is said and done, itโs an 7-8.. good value just wish it hadnโt ripped, might have to learn to sew๐ค

Truly escape proof, and itโs even really cute on my cat.
Yes, this cat harness is certainly escape proof!! All the other harnessโs that I have tried on my cat. I had a very hard time finding a good fitting harness because according to the majority size recommendations were either too big around her neck, yet too small around her chest. It did take a little work to get my cat the adjust to having it on while she tried and tried to escape from it. Fortunately, she has never ever been able to even begin to get it off of it by herself. Now she is a pro at letting me put it on her without any issues or problems. She even likes it to be on now. Now we are working on training her to walk around with the leash attached. I donโt think anyone would regret purchasing this cat harness, I know that I sure donโt.

Calms my cats almost on contact
I need to transport my 2 felines about 2 hours north of me to our new home. I decided that they would each have a car seat and then I needed harnesses. The 1st one that I bought I put on my very large one and flopped around like a fish. It scared me and that was it with that one. I then bought 2 of these and both of my cats are calmed by them (never thought that was possible!) and they wear them around for a while every day to get them used to the feeling. These are honestly wonderful, well made, super easy to put on them and great to have for 4th of July noises too.

Anxiety Solver and Feline Hyperesthesia Cure
We ordered this harness to test out if our cat would benefit from a thunder shirt. She has recently started displaying signs of feline hyperesthesia and we've been trying things for roughly two months. We found that pressure helped her but we couldn't find much else so, we put her in a harness. She immediately started purring when we put her in this harness and since she started wearing it, she hasn't had a significant hyperesthesia fit since. She never tried to get out of this thing. I believe we should have sized down. The vest is pretty cute. It does kind of lean to the side sometimes but I believe that's due to sizing. I chose to go bigger but I didn't need to. If your cat has anxiety, I would try this type of harness. This harness did a better job than prozac which is crazy but I'm so glad. The quality seems good and it's comfortable for my cat. We will be ordering more colors so we can change out and clean the harness as needed. In the video, she's walking weird because that was her second day wearing the harness. She now walks pretty normally on day 4 and is starting to jump more comfortably. I am immensely grateful for this little garment and I think my cat is as well.

The Great Cat Safari Hunter Has Been Contained
Finally, a jacket Mr. Houdini can't get out of! (So far...) Kirk wears it while stalking the dangerous wildlife of our patioโleaves, lizards, butterflies, and the occasional unsuspecting grasshopper. In his mind, he's a fearless big-game hunter on safari. In reality, I'm making sure he doesn't become the snack. This jacket is much more secure than his old one, which he could escape by throwing himself into reverse. So far, this one has stayed put, and our little jungle explorer is very pleased with his new Tactical Green Jungle Camo.

It's soooo cute!
It is everything we were looking for. We tried the over the head harness and kitty was not going to let us even try...but with this, it was soooo easy, it looks comfortable, she adjusted to it within seconds, loves wearing it to go outside and roll in the grass, and it's sooooo cute! It fit her a little big (size small), but with the velcro it's easy to adjust to size...and no escape issues, make sure you put it on snug! Can't wait to purchase more...we looooove it...thank you! Uodate: Since my last review, I have purchased the blue and white sailor harness in a size Large since our little kitty is almost fully grown to her adult size. The harness is adorable and she looks soooo cute in it, the velcro fir thus size is not as long, wide or strong as my first purchase of the small pink lace harness. This one does have a couple of snap closures around the neck and the belly and it helps keeping our kitty secure. It also came with a matching blue and white stripped leash that adds to the cutness. And once again,no escape issues! Thank you and yes, this is our go to place for our kitties harness shopping ๐

Best harness I have ever tried
I am delighted with this product. Its superior to any harnesses I have ever tried. I have had it for a while now and unbelievably my 5 month kitten has failed to escape from it to date. I have tried other harnesses and our other kitten was out of them very easily. This design is totally different and successful.

Feather's Reviews
I bought this as my new cat is easily frightened outside. My vet suggested this type of harness. It works but you must ensure to wrap the harness snuggly around the neck and body. He seems fine with it, not struggling to get out of it. Once he almost got out of it but by the time I thought he was going to escape I was able to pick him up and defuse his fear. He loves being out side and sit in a shady spot and watch the activity (traffic, pedestrians, other animals). One only downside is that as the vet recommended he lose weight, I'm going to have to buy a smaller size eventually. Or, maybe by then he will have gotten used to the normal outside sounds. I'm always going to be right beside him no matter how long he is with me (many years I hope). His time being outside (about half hour twice a day), will always be supervised and on leash. If you want to purchase this harness, be mindful it is not 100% your cat can't get out of it. So always be with your cat and hang on to the leash.
