Retail Point of Sale System - Includes Touchscreen PC, POS Software (Retail POS Monthly), Receipt Printer, Scanner, Cash Register Drawer, and Integrated LCD Display

I’ve been researching POS systems for a few weeks for my retail business. I was a little hesitant about making such a big purchase on Amazon, but I couldn’t be happier. The POS system itself is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. I’m able to track my inventory, manage my employees, accept credit cards, and everything else I was seeking. The best part however is the customer service provided by The Perfect POS. Having someone walk you through how to use the system and help you get everything setup is invaluable. If I had to leave a negative, I’d say the software looks a little dated. That being said, it’s really just the graphics. The software still functions great, but it could probably use a facelift. Overall, extremely happy.

I have worked with a lot of POS systems in my days, and I was a little suspicious of getting one online, but I couldn't pass up the great price. The system came quickly and was just as advertised. I am very pleased with my decision and I would do it again with Perfect POS!

Tech support to get the initial software installed was very difficult. Actually had to set up an appointment with Perfect POS to do the install only after finding out that their hours of operation are 9-5 eastern Mon-Fri. So the entire system sat useless not making money for 4 days. Once the install was done, I had to contact PC America to configure the software. PC America found that the wrong version of the software was installed and had to uninstall and reinstall the POS software. Then as we were configuring they discovered that everything from the operating system to all of the included hardware was NOT on the PC America support list. PC America did install and configure everything and the system is up and running now, but with a warning from PC America that further support for the system could become more and more difficult. Also the system was advertised as a new PC running Windows 7. What we got was a clearly refurbished system running Windows 10 Home. CRE is not supported on Windows 10 Home. So once again an incompatible system sold to us with the understanding it would be fully supported by PC America.Overall I would never do business nor recommend that anyone else do business with Perfect POS.

No user manual!!! If not set up within the 30 days from date of purchase, your on your own. Customer service that they do offer for 30 days sucks!!! Must call, and Set up an appointment to talk to anyone! A lot of wasted time and waiting around. They were not prompt even when it was your appointment time!!! Not very happy. Once system set up hopefully will be easier to use. Still working on inputting inventory!! Very time consuming

The Perfect POS System is exactly what we needed. It operates as advertised. The training we received from Kyle was thorough and well planned. Kyle was able to answer or find the answer to all our question.

I love this POS, we never had one before and it is very simple to set up once it is activated. I only wish the company allowed more time for assistance 30 days from the date of purchase time is lost while waiting on shipping as well as waiting on a representative to contact you to set up system. Other than that the system works great.

I am using this in out Liquor Store, just started setting up and the help I am getting from Tech Support is wonderful! I would recommend this product. So far so good for what I need.
