I began to use this product about 6-7 months ago. I eat a very healthy diet but about 10 months ago I started to lose so much hair and my nails were ridged and brittle. I went to my Dr and he said yes, I was losing hair and he felt it was stress due to my work and the current situation. He felt that my hair would most likely return and to try to stay calm relax. I did just that and I started looking into a supplement that made sense to me. After much research I decided to give this a try and I have to say after a few months my hair and nails showed a noticeable improvement. I will continue using this product.

I like Solgars Skin,Nails and Hair formula. My nails grow tougher and stronger, my hair has a bit of a curl and grows stronger. With out these vitamins my nail peal, split and are yucky.

I have been using this product for about 2 months and have noticed * fingernails growing faster and seem to be somewhat stronger * hair loss at a more normal rate, there-by contributing to fuller, thicker pony tails but the greatest improvement so far * facial skin has more firmness
