I love it. It mixes easily in my coffee and has replaced my dry creamer! I enjoy the taste of the vanilla! Now I am just hoping I will get some noticeable health benefits! :)

Great flavor and dissolves great in hot coffee.

The first time I tried it, it was lumpy and did not appeal to my tastebuds. So I played around to find a way to grow fond of it. I placed the bone broth powder in a heat proof glass bowl, slowly added very hot water while constantly stirring with a small whisk to dissolve the powder completely. Then I added coarsely chopped fresh spinach, a little seasoning and ground pepper. Made all the difference. It now tasted like my mother’s home cooked beef soup. Very good!

Easy to blend with coffee. Slight savory flavor but well hidden in coffee.

Tastes awful and doesn't dissolve.

ETA: Seller customer service was great about it, so I’ll change it to three stars, but use caution. I’m not sure what happened, but what I received was definitely not the same product. You can see the powder on the left (from my last package) is chalkier and darker. The powder on the right (new package) is very sandlike and light. I drank this every day for a month to improve my energy since April. No issues. Worked great. I ordered my fourth one two days ago. It is NOT the same product. It is packaged the same but the moment you open it, you’ll see a difference in the powder appearance and smell. I then compared the label information and couldn’t detect any differences, so I thought I would try to mix a scoop and it dissolved way quicker. I know that was a common complaint, so I was hopeful that maybe they just addressed it and that was it. I got to work and tried to drink it and couldn’t make it past the smell. It made me gag and doesn’t smell safe to drink. It is horrendous. I don’t know what happened, but I won’t be ordering again and am hoping to get my money back.

I had to make an unscheduled trip to see my 85-year old mother who was sick. I made her a big pot of chicken and vegetable soup with fresh herbs to make her feel better. I brought along the powdered bone broth and added that in. Mom didn't even notice and I didn't notice any change in the taste or any issues with texture. I felt that the powder mixed in very well with my soup and I felt sneakily satisfied that I was able to give my mom a little extra nutrition in the soup that I made for her. Great product. Hope to use it at home this winter when my soup making ramps up.
