It's packed well and sets up easy. They kindly provide felts stickers to place on the pieces to prevent scratches on the board. The only issue we had is that the bottom of the pieces are not flat, so the stickers don't stick to the pieces. One, they are not very sticky and two, there is only a small rim for the sticker to "grab on to".
