Respectable product. It works well for me. I wish that it came in capsules. I have been pleased with the results and less bloating than with the other forms of creatine.

Great value, you get around 60 servings or two months. Im not sure how effective the other supplement is as I have used this for 4 months and seen no difference between this and regular creatine. If looking for a boost then I’d probably recommend a creatine with HMB. Otherwise it’s good.
