I have been researching natural solutions to potentially help repair/strengthen my heart. All of these ingredients are showing up in my research, so I am happy to try these HealthyHeart supplements for support. The suggested use is 4 capsules, taken with a meal..... so 120 capsules really only provides a one month supply. I suppose the cost trade-off can be justified by the inclusion of adequate amounts of these 6 ingredients (L-carnitine 100mg, magnesium glycinate 125mg, beet root 500mg, ashwagandha 300mg, olive leaf extract 200mg and CoQ10 100mg). It is too soon to tell, after 1 week, if I notice any improvement yet.

This supplement caught my eye, there’s some really good stuff in here! Beet root has been proven to help with circulation and endurance. Then magnesium glycinate helps a TON with sleep. I love that they blended so many useful ingredients into one formula… that actually saves me money!Above all else though, I like that this is safely manufactured and tested. While I certainly appreciate all of the items that are in this capsule, and having to take fewer pills that if I did all of these separately, I guess I didn't pay enough attention to realize that one serving is 4 pills. I thought this was a 4 month supply, but actually, it's a 1 month supply. That's $2 a day, and way more than I realized! On a good note, the pills are the nice gel capsules, which I prefer significantly over the regular pressed tablets that taste like junk if you let them touch your tongue. They are large, but not so large that they cause me to choke. If you're not money conscious and prefer to cut down on the number of pills you take, these could be a good solution.
