I order the 3 slits tacos and I only get the two slots, who I can contact to fix this ?

Flip the holders over. One side gives 3 slots and the other side gives you 2. You choose how you want to use them. Enjoy

where are these made?

I bought these thinking they were made in US. However, Bernadette is correct. They are made in China.

is it microwave safe?

NO !! They are metal and items made of metal make microwave ovens self destruct.

Could you use these to hold kraft paper bags for filling?

To hold the bags in grooves like in storage mode will work. Standing bag up to fill while in grooves slot will not work.
