Love this brand and first discovered Thorne from my Naturopath. I have very sensitive taste buds and usually can’t stand the aftertaste in so many protein powders and the sugar substitutes. This is DELICIOUS! I mix with a cup of unsweetened soy or Ripple milk, a banana, a scoop of Thorne Creatine and ice. Delicious and a great way to break your fast if you intermittent fast as it feels you up.

It also sits well with my stomach, likely due to the added digestive enzymes.The only reason I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is the price—it's definitely on the higher end per serving, and I wish there were more flavor options or a larger tub size for better value. Still, if you're looking for a reliable, clean protein powder, this is one of the best I've tried.

Literally my favorite chocolate protein powder. Thorne has some of the best ingredients and this is literally the tastiest protein powder. The texture is great and it does not taste like a nasty, chalky chocolate but more like one of those powdered chocolate milk drinks from childhood. I have this on subscription because I love it so much and use it daily to supplement my protein intake.

It tastes good, blends well with just water and tastes chocolatey. It is a large container. I am buying it again.

ordered the chocolate flavor hoping for a clean and digestible protein option, but this was a major letdown. The taste is unpleasant — very artificial and chalky, not even close to something like Isopure, which I’ve used before with no issues. Even worse, within an hour of drinking it, I felt bloated, heavy, and gassy — it did not sit well with my gut at all. I gave it a fair shot, but every time I tried it, I felt worse. For a product that’s marketed as clean and high quality, it just doesn’t deliver on digestibility or flavor. Definitely wouldn’t recommend for anyone with a sensitive stomach.
