I wanted to give this mug a fair shot before writing a review—several uses in, and I can confidently say it’s a winner. This temperature control mug does exactly what it claims to do: it keeps coffee hot (not just warm) from the first sip to nearly the last.The mug is easy to use, with one intuitive button and a clear indicator light showing three heat settings: warm, hot, and “piping.” I prefer my coffee piping, and the high setting keeps it at just the right temperature for me. Battery life has been solid—up to 2.5 hours as advertised—and the five blue indicator lights make it easy to track remaining charge. Of course, using the higher heat setting drains the battery a bit faster, but that’s expected.One standout feature is the included charging base. When I’m at my desk, I keep the mug on the base while sipping, which helps preserve battery life. The base has two raised contact points that align with the inset conductor rings on the mug's bottom, so there’s nothing to plug in—just set it down and go. Simple and effective.There’s also an auto-off feature that detects when the mug is empty. While I haven’t tested it deliberately, I’ve noticed the last sip is sometimes cooler, which makes me think the mug powers down before it’s completely empty—a smart safety feature, especially if you’re forgetful or distracted (no one wants melted plastic or worse!).The mug holds a standard 8-ounce pour comfortably, even with room for cream—though I drink mine black and untainted. It also does a great job maintaining heat even without the lid, though I imagine it retains heat even better with it on.Bottom line: this mug offers excellent usability and functionality at a significantly lower price point than some of the better-known competitors. If anything changes down the road, I’ll update my review—but as of now, this is a fantastic value and a great buy.

The mug works well to keep my tea warm but I won’t be able to truly test it until winter when I sit outdoors by a fireplace but it has to be better than my standard mug. My only complaint is the handles edges feel a little sharp maybe a little silicone wrap would be nice. Liked the price compared to other products that have to remain on the charging plate. This mug has been a true gem! I’m a Bariatric patient and cannot drink things fast. For all of my slow-drinkers out there, you know that means that the first sips are hot… but then by the time you’re finished drinking your cocoa, tea, coffee, etc., it’s just cold and bleh. This has been so amazing. I can drink my first few sips at hot lava level and my final sip (hours, yes hours later) still at that same molten level. For those who don’t want to burn their tongue, there are three levels of heat available: warm, hot tub, and Mount Vesuvius. Customize how hot you’d like your drink to stay. Charging is a piece of cake and the mug is comfortable to drink from. You will not be disappointed with your purchase.

I was hesitant to spend this kind of money on a coffee cup. I have had it for a month and it is one of the best purchases i have made. The cup is large enough for a decent sized cup of tea or water, the temperature setting is great for really hot or just hot. It has a lid to keep the drink warm. I am now drinking green tea all day for my health. It is a great purchase.

This cup replaces 3 cup warmers, (they kept breaking or failing and weren't rugged enough). I also had to keep moving them around. I like my drink pipping hot, and this cup delivers! It goes everywhere with me. I can make my drink last all morning long. Whenever I'm not actively drinking, I put the cup on the charging disk. At first I was skeptical about the cost, but as you can see, I spent just as much $ in cup warmers. This sucker works! Thank you Kepwam!

I own an Ember mug that cost twice as much as this (which I keep and use in a different location), and, IMO, this works just as well. It’s a really great value for the money, and it’s well-made and easy to use. The battery life is very good, and it has a nice, clean look to it. I like that it comes with a lid, too. Definitely recommend.
