As some one whose been smoking since well before they should have (15 + years) and almost a pack a day if not more; these definitely worked their magic! I’m thus far 72 days tobacco free…I used all of the patches in the pack, even donated a few to family who got some interest after seeing my success with the patches. Shipping on this was fast. However I’m questioning whether or not there’s any nicotine In These patches! I’d been using the name brand 14mg from Walmart so I ordered the 21mg of this brand. I don’t recommend! I was 14 days using the other patches so ty minimal cravings! Now with these I’m having intense cravings and not the results I’d been having! Additionally they do not stick and I have to use a bandaid to keep it on all day. Moral of the story is spend the extra money for something that’s going to work!

Patches work but if you sweat it isn’t going to stick. Whether it’s at work or gym good luck that was my experience. I switched to just nicotine gum and weened my self down. These work but depends on your daily activities.

I am so excited about quitting smoking and I couldn't have done it without the help of these patches.

I like these as they don’t fall off easily but they do make my skin red for a few days so if I’m wearing both I cut it in 2 and put it in different places to reduce one area being very red and itchy.

I’m taking this for energy & focus! I’ve been sooo productive! It feels like a low dose of adderall. I have to cut one patch in 4 pieces since I’m just starting!
