One tablespoon after breakfast
This is the second bottle I have purchased the first was from TIANA online shop, I have taken it as directed by Tiana on the label ONE TABLESPOON AFTER BREAKFAST DAILY not as someone said add to coffee, gravy sauces or meals, it has an oily taste so I can only imagine what having it added to say coffee would taste like but everyone to their own idea. It lasts a long while so it does seem good value for size of bottle and it is full to the top.

No taste ideal
I put this in my coffee every morning. Used to use just Tiana coconut oil but now this as it appears to be more refined with the MCT.

This does give a natural energy boost and better focus, without caffeine. It is full of healthy OMEGA fats as well, which is an added bonus. Although it is not as strong as pure MCT oil, as it has been mixed with other oils to give added health benefits.
