How about for a "salty" car (due to snowy roads) - is this an effective wash? Any bad reaction due to salt?

I have had no reaction to salt residue. I will however say if the car is extremely dirty (like snowy highway driving) I would save some forearm abuse and give it a quick wash

Can it be used on the headlights or tail lights?

Sure, to clean and wax them. Don't expect it to remove haze or anything though. As far as the previous mention of it having wax, well, I used to wax my car entirely, including lights. Just buff it off and all is good. It's not like eyeglasses or anything, as long as you clean it up, all is good.

Can I use this to clean the fabric soft top of a convertible?

I don't know. I use it on my airplane, just metal and plastic. Since it has a wax in it, I'm not sure what that would do to a soft top.

What is difference between this and wac_707ru waterless (non-hyper-concentrated)?

Exactly what it says. This is concentrated and needs to be diluted. The other does not and is ready to use upon delivery.
