I love the Squishmallows jewelry making kit. It has a great assortment of beads and charms. The colors are all very vibrant and a large quantity of each. The elastic string is thin but very strong. Before we made the bracelets, I pulled on the elastic string very hard several times and it did not break.This was our first time using a jewelry making kit and I was impressed at how much you get for the price of $13.99 (at the time of my order). It literally can be hours of fun and creativity. There is plenty of everything to make at least 25 bracelets so this can be an activity for several days or weeks. This kit can be used for boys and girls. I used it with three boys who are big Squishmallows fans and they loved it!A couple things to note and this is expected with the price, that when you receive the kit, all the items in the kit will be separated in a very thin plastic cover so they do not fall out. You have to cut the tape on the four corners to then slowly lift up the plastic. I did this on a towel so if any of the beads spilled that I would be able to put them back in. I also had the jewelry making kit on a non-slip surface because it's so light it can easily tip over.The black beads are a little difficult to see the hole, however we were still able to do it. The other colors were much easier. The smaller beads are approximately 1/4 the size of a pea. An 8-year-old had no problem stringing the beads, however, the 5-year-old could not because they're so tiny and you have to manipulate them to get the elastic in the hole. It was still fun for the 5-year-old because he picked out the design and then I put it together. The Squishmallows' charms were very popular too!The kit does come with a small quantity of letters. When we made the bracelets, they all wanted the letters besides the beads; either for their names, gaming characters or movie characters. I did end up ordering the below product that has a large quantity of every letter of the alphabet. It really works out beautifully, especially if you're having a group of kids making bracelets. It was the perfect size for the elastic and it comes in different color combinations. I am listing the product below from Amazon and it was $6.99. This is such a cute bracelet making set. It comes with everything needed to make quite a few bracelets. The squishmallo charms are so cute and well made.My 12 year old daughter had a blast making bracelets for all her friends.

My daughter loved this bead set! Great quality and kept her entertained for hours! I will recommend making sure you have extra string on hand (she ran out). Value for money:For the price, this was well worth the purchase!

I got this for my daughter as she loves the squishmallows themselves. She probably has like 75 of them (my wallet knows...). She also likes the "Swiftie" bracelets, so this was a great way to incorporate both! She is planning on making them during the summer, so she hasn't started yet (school and all), but I have a feeling once she starts, well, she's going to have a ton of them. This kit has a ton of different options for either words or little "charms" that are the popular squishmallow designs. You have a kid that likes squishmallows, you'll have a kid that would love this thing!

The charms are all super high quality, and I was impressed with how well everything was made.When finished, the bracelets looked like something you would buy in a store, not DIY!

This bracelet set is a must have for the Squishmallows fan in your life. These charms are so cute and well made. There is such a great variety in this set. Your child can really get creative. There are animals and various letters to use. The included string had just enough stretch and didn't break. You can make a lot of bracelets with this kit.

Cute Squishmallows jewelry-making set with nice charms and beads. Lots of variety and options. It's curious though that there isn't an age recommendation on the box so I had to double-check the website which recommends ages 6+.

I bought this set for my 4 year old, she’s too young for it. There wasn’t an age range in the description for this bracelet set and I knew I was taking a gamble. I’d say this is probably more for ages 6 and up. The beads are a bit too small for her to work with. I think this would be a fun gift though for the right kid. You can make lots of different bracelets.
