My husband recently bought a fire station to use as a business location. Unfortunately, there was no cell service due to the structure of the building...not ideal. I purchased this booster, he installed it about 15ft. high on the pole that supports the siren, and with some drilling, fishing of lines, zip typing, and tucking, he got everything installed. The second he plugged the unit in and the lights were green, I checked phone bars. His phone was carefully balanced on the window crank above the kitchen sink to get 1 bar. Amazingly, he had full 5 bars + 5g. There is now full bars anywhere in the building.

My home is a two-story building. Previously, the signal on the second floor was very weak and often disconnected, which was very troublesome for video conferences. I live in a small town, and should otherwise have decent cell reception at my house, but unfortunately, I don't. Often, I have to move around my house to get a good signal, and often I simply miss calls.This fixes all that. No more dead zones. Installation takes a bit of effort, but the main thing is to make sure your outdoor antenna is oriented towards the cell tower, and the indoor antennas are as far away from the outdoor antennas (and one another) as possible. The indoor and outdoor antennas can interfere with one another if they're too close, so if you have signal issues, make sure both antennas are set up properly.Other than getting the antennas situated, installation is a breeze, and it's pretty much plug-and-play, and it works great. For the money, it's hard to go wrong here. 5 stars.

This is a great booster; I live in a basement and was getting only one bar and sometimes I was dropping calls. After installing the booster, I was getting 3 bars and no dropped calls. The price was good and the customer service is excellent.

Works good. Hooked it up, connected it to my T-Mobile account. Definitely, boosts the signal. Its function is very nice. It's a great deal for the money because I know I have a hard time getting cell service and this bumps it right up. It's not too big to put just about anywhere and it connects quite easily. I have to say, is this really a nice unit? It is well made and nice design. I like the way that it operates and the ease of use.I recommend this when i'm gonna give it a five

A bit of a hassle to set up but pretty much expected. It helped a decent amount with cell service at out cabin. Decent quality, doesn't feel super high end but gets the job done.
