The item is beautiful and touching. Really well written and aesthetic. The seller managed to get it to me within 24 hours even though its three days before Christmas and the listing says it will be delivered after Christmas. I didn't even ask the seller for the urgent dispatch but they kindly took initiative and got it delivered! Very happy

the product is fine but the well packed Fraile package on opening had a broken glass in the frame.Supplier made aware and surprised that after many sales this is the first instace of such damage.they are to address this with Royal Mail.meanwhile suppliers have been in touch and are to send a replacement Fist Class,well done to them but poor marks to Royal Mail
