A/C worked ok, had to put alot of ice in the water tray to be even remotely cold. The water pump stopped working after a few short months. It was used daily but the unit was expensive enough that it should have lasted longer. DO NOT BUY.

I didn’t have any issues with the quality, noise level, or functionality. It was easy to use. I liked that it had a remote so I wouldn’t have to get out of bed to change settings. The problem is that it doesn’t cool the room down for long. I’d say two hours was about the average amount of time that the machine still blew cool air. Beyond that it just didn’t stay cold.

This is great for efficiently cooling small rooms, it's about as loud as fan and can keep cooling for several hours, depending on how warm your space is. I haven't had any leaks or a noticable increase in humidity. Fitting the water pump to the tank is a bit cumbersome, but otherwise this product is very easy to use. Just fill with water and add ice on top. I recommend using the largest blocks of ice you can, it's worth buying an ice tray for the large cubes.
