The problem with this equipment is that as you can see from the photo, the ball gets indented even when stored in ideal conditions. I was told by the company that the only way to eliminate the indentation is to put hot water in the ball. It worked for 2 days but in order to maintain the ball one has to remove the water that's in the ball and replace it with hot water every time it's used. I have three of these balls. Two of the 14 inch and one of the 9-inch.
