Super comfortable and the massage + heat are a big bonus. I sit in it for hours and it’s been great for my back. Easy to put together too. Definitely happy with this purchase!

The Chair is ok, but the Massage and the Heat stopped working within a few days. Low quality wiring and connections. Don't buy this chair?

Easy to put together. A couple directions did not make sense, but still able to get it figured out. Very comfortable, Massage feature is OK. I haven't tried the heat feature yet. Rolls really nicely on the floor (I have laminated floors).
