These are in a decent price point for the quantity. The effectiveness is about what I would expect from a supplement, I think results will vary depending on the specific need.

After a whole bag of these I noticed no difference in my breathing or anything. Not coughing up any mucus or anything ,not a bad taste to them just don’t do what they say they do. no medical benefit at all.

I ordered these gummies to help with sinus relief from my CPAP, but after two weeks of use, I can't really tell a difference. I know supplements work differently for everyone, but it is clear that these gummies are not for me. They do have a citrus taste and are very sweet, so I may continue to take them as a candy, but I don't believe these gummies have any healing effect. Perhaps they will work for you!
