I’m absolutely impressed with the MONSGA Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo! It’s powerful, quiet, and the 5000Pa suction picks up dust and pet hair effortlessly. The mopping function leaves my floors spotless, and I love being able to control everything from my phone. Totally worth the price for how much time and effort it saves. Highly recommend!

We’re really happy with our purchase of the MONSGA Robot Vacuum! Setup was incredibly easy, less than 10 minutes from unboxing to running. I downloaded the app, connected the vacuum without any issues, and it was ready to go. You don't NEED the app to run it but it is very useful. It charges pretty quickly and I would say it could probably go through two cleaning spurts on one charge for our home.It takes about an hour to clean our 1,000 sq ft home, and it does a really great job picking up dust and debris. I was pleasantly surprised by how thorough it is. It navigated complicated areas very well. The noise level is a bit louder than I expected, but since this is our first robot vacuum, I don’t have a point of comparison. That said, it’s not obnoxiously loud at all, I was even able to take a nap while it was running. The mopping function is a little quieter, which is nice.Overall, we’re very happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and effective robot vacuum.

The MONGSA is amazing. Cleaned every mess, and with the high spin rate of the brush it picks up EVERYTHING. The mop is an awesome bonus, as it leaves my floors looking very shiny and clean. Super easy to use and set up with the app, QR code right out of the box for quick and easy set up. The mapping capability blew me away, and being able to control it from work and even in my bed is awesome. Been using for 3 weeks now, and haven’t had to change dust bin, really nice capacity. Overall, highly recommend for someone looking to keep there house extra clean with no extra effort.

I have had several brands and several models of various robot vacuums. I love my MS1 Max it is so much quieter than the last brand I had and actually works without constant reboots and mysterious error readings. It is truly push and go. It moves seamlessly from hardwood to carpet and the Lidar mapping is outstanding (you can actually track the robots progress and position in real time). The cleaning and maintenance of the unit is pretty standard for a robot vacuum. I have tried the mop function once. It works well and will do a good job maintaining things between a good old fashion manual mopping. It is not going to give you a deep clean, but it will keep dust and pollen at bay. Bottom line: I absolutely love the vacuum and use it every day. With two boys, two bird dogs, and a lot of hardwood floors our house is in a constant battle with tracked in dirt and dog hair- this unit does wonders, it is reliable, easy to use, and most importantly, it keeps our floors super clean! If you are looking for a robot vacuum, I highly recommend the Monsga MS1 Max and would rate it over all the higher priced, familiar brands that I have had.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This vacuum is fantastic. It is well worth the money and does an excellent job. The drive is exceptionally powerful and does a great job going from hard floors to carpet. I love the mapping feature and the robot's ability to to follow it with incredible accuracy. I also love the fact that the remote app is one I use with other smart devices. it is very easy to setup and connect to Wi-Fi. Unit appears to be very well built and the automatic docking and recharging is perfect.

This is my first Robot vacuum a Mother's Day gift. I love how it quickly cleans the floors and easily throws rugs, and getting under my bed and furniture and cleaning is a breeze. The MONSGA hasn't got stuck and the only time it stopped and shut down was when a tennis shoe's string got entangled in the roller and once cleared it resumed memory setting. Now I make sure all shoes with strings are put away, and the other shoe will be avoided. Setting up with app and mapping the house was very easy. I like when it is set for mopping it avoids the rugs, easy to remove mopping pad for regular cleaning. It does a great job. One thing to note is that the noise level is loud when it returns to the docking station and it cleans itself but the noise only lasts a few seconds. Would buy MONSGA again.

The media could not be loaded. We're very happy with our Monsga robot vacuum/mop. It cleans quickly, quietly, and efficiently. Initial set-up and connection to the app were both easy. When we turned it on the first time, it immediately began to map the house. (The kids enjoyed following it around, watching the map form on the app.) It was quite accurate right away, and making necessary changes was simple. I appreciate the options of marking certain “forbidden zones” and “forbidden walls,” perfect for the top of the stairway.A full battery easily cleans over 1400 square ft. You can set up a cleaning schedule in the app, or you can simply tell it to clean certain rooms on command. When it finishes cleaning, it blows all of the dust and dirt into the bin, so you don't have to empty it every time. We're very pleased with our purchase and are considering purchasing a second one for the other floor of our home.
