There’s no miracle supplement for height growth; genetics and lifestyle factors like proper nutrition, sleep, and exercise play the biggest roles.

It helped my child grow
We’ve been using this vitamin for 2 years and my child went from 13th percentile in height to 27th percentile. They are easy to swallow and don’t leave a bad taste in your mouth. They are easily digested and haven’t caused any stomach issues. Great value for the price.

Gelatin in ingredients
Contains Gelatin that is not advertised or mentioned on Amazon ingredients. I have unopened bottle but Cannot be replaced or returned. Very unhappy!

Modest doses of mineral supplement for bone growth
standard mineral supplement with modest doses of calcium and vitamin D. Made in the USA is a plus. The younger kids have trouble swallowing the capsules, so better for teens or older kids. The price point is a bit high for the actual content of supplement, but when kids are growing, the added boost of calcium and D for bone support seems worthwhile.

It may be working or my kids is just in growth spurt.
I have 3 kids ages 15, 13 and 11. My 15 year old daughter seem to stopped growing since she was 14. My 13 year old son grew 9 inches in less than 2 years and my 11 year old son are left behind by his brother. This is before I purchased this product.I purchased this to help the 3 of them with their growth and after 3 months of use. The height of my 15 year old daughter stays the same but both my 13 and 11 year old added 1 1/2 inches. This could just be a growth spurt for the boys but I did subscribe and will continue to use it for at least 1 year and see the result.
