Got these to help stretch out a minor ankle injury I got whilst playing football and they have done a good job so far,As shown in the photos the bands come in a handy little pull string bag about the size of a passport and are very high quality.However the strongest most resistant band isn't very strong and definitely wouldn't do much for someone trying to workout their body properly. However for stretching and movement these are great,Definitely worth the money I paid for them,5/5

Great product when used under instruction.This item comes with 5 bands of different thickness to allow you to select different levels of resistance. I first started using them during a period of rehabilitation following treatment. The band concept is really good and these particular bands are of good quality and allow me to continue my treatment at home. They come supplied with a storage bag.Great item

I looked for for resistance bands because I started workout and needed them to improve my stretching.I bought this one cause got different resistance levels giving wide range of use, and we can train all our muscle groups.Quality is really good, bands are very durable. I am really surprised with extra light band which look really thin and I thought it will be weak but it's not and do it's job very well. Also seller giving live time guarantee so I can working out hard with no worries :)

I have been using these now for three weeks to help with arthritis in the knees. With the exercises that came with them I am finding them very helpful. They could do with being a bit longer, but I knew the size of them when I bought them. At the moment I am only using the medium weight band but hopefully will be able to move up to the stronger ones n the near future.

Good quality Exercise Bands Set . it comes with a handy pouch different levels of resistance which is great for different parts you want to work or to build up to. I am using them for my home training. Easier alternative to weights and you can take them anywhere with you. They are small and light. Would highly recommend the quality is excellent.

It is easy to use when I first started do some exercises.different color helps me toidentify the resistance among these belts. I can choose a belt according to my body condition. And when the exercise becomes more difficult that I can add a belt on my legs to increasing the resistance. I hope this can help me to make a good body figure and I'll recommend this to my roommates.

I received it very soon after I placed the order. I was surprised when I opened the bag. The color is beautiful, there are 5 bands with different strength, so it fits almost all of the excercies I do. I tried them yesterday and they worked just as good as my old ones. Can be listed in my top ten useful goods during the lockdown!

A little disappointed cause its a decent product but the blue band came faulty and the bands have no branding at all, completely blank. It’s not a big deal but it would be nice to get what you bought.
