I have started taking this product on a lower dosage. I have only one kidney, but it seems to be helping with my energy.

As with some other supplements I've reviewed, the first thing I inspect is the label on the bottle. You can tell quite a bit about a supplement based on the quality of the label: label positioning/alignment, certifications, and listed ingredients.The labels on this supplement were standard to what youd see on others sold in the US, which is good.Now for the supplement itself. The pills are clear capsules so you can see the powder clearly with no weird aftertaste. I've taken the supplement AS INSTRUCTED, nightly as it is suppose to help with more restful sleep while producing more testosterone and growth hormones through the night. I am an avid bodybuilder and have taken a wide variety of supplements.The supplement definitely provides an increase in energy, but this will vary from person to person as to the level of benefit. The purpose of taking this supplement is to boost growth hormones, naturally, and the effectiveness wasn't questioned. I noticed an increase in testosterone, which can be visible when observing your temperament. To clarify, you may notice your tolerance for irritability is lowered, as with many other supplements of this kind.For the price, this is within the standard price range of similar products, but you do get more than just a month's supply which is great as supplements get quite pricey.Overall: I would recommend, but please research before jumping straight into something like this.

This is one of those things you can't really tell they are working, you just kind of have to trust it.The ingredients seem to be correct for what I need them for so I will say that they work as intended.The big negative for me is the size of the pills. They are HUGE. If you struggle to swallow large pills these could be a problem for you. Even broken in half they are still pretty large.If you have problems what I do is put the pill in, fill my mouth with water and then swallow it all at once. That large rush of water seems to help it go down much easier.

Couldn’t really tell any difference

Pills are HUGE and you need to take 5. I personally never had issues with pills, but needed to take these 3 then 2. I also rarely have side effects, but from the 3rd-7th day(before stopping) i was just in a fog and this was the only supplement swapped out. Felt sleepy, lethargic and had slight headaches.Upon giving up and attempting to return I was told I could not return these, which is a first for me on here. For $70 trying out a new supplement I will get from GNC or local shop that allows returns for such issues.

I don't have access to a lab, so I can't speak to the actual HGH impact of this supplement, but the ingredients are proven. There are more effective research chemicals for boosting HGH, but most require injections and aren't FDA approved. That's the big draw here, everything is over the counter. The drawback, however, is that the pills are huge and the recommended dosage is 5 pills... all at once. On an empty stomach at night. They don't really bother me as there's no odor or taste, but that's something to be aware of. As for my personal results? As a 45 year old who strength trains 3-4 times a week consistently for nearly a year, I continue to make "gains". I've gone through cycles with no supplements, cycles with HGH/IGF peptides, and then a cycle with this supplement. It's hard to say for certain. Subjectively, I'd say my progress was somewhat better than using no supplements, but not nearly as good as with the peptides. Variations in rest, recovery, and adequate protein may have been a factor. Regardless, I'd say these are worth a try if you want to maximize your potential for gains while staying 100% "natural".

I was curious to try this, hoping for a bit of a boost in energy, recovery, and sleep quality. But before we even get to whether it works, there’s a hurdle: five large tablets every night. They’re dry, a bit sticky, and not the easiest to take down. I don’t mind supplements, but this many big pills in one go tends to leave me a little queasy—ironically making it harder to fall asleep, not easier.Whether the blend of ingredients (GABA, KSM-66, arginine, etc.) brings the promised benefits is something I’ll only know over time, but for now, the sheer volume makes it tough to stick with. If you're sensitive to pill size or quantity, this might be a dealbreaker.Oh, and it's crazy expensive to boot. Also a tough pill to swallow.
