Sleep and muscle gain
THIS SUPPLEMENT WORKS. I am 70 years old Retired and have a full time job! I was not sleeping well after a hard days work and work out, this supplement works Deeper and I truly feel better. Works for me thus far
As with all reviews and supplements, it *should* be common knowledge that supplements effect everyone differently. In this case, I’ve had HGH natural supplements in the past they don’t make anymore. I’d also been having a terrible time sleeping the last two weeks, which is a pain since it’s sleep that ultimately builds muscle. Got this yesterday, 3:30am has rolled around and here I am again thinking yet another night of a whole hour or two of sleep by the time I finally fall asleep. Remembered this had came, good day to test start. I took 4, rules to live by, take less and see what happens. About 30-40 minutes later it hit me, with a great relief I was actually tired and fell asleep. Woke up at 10, instant energy and not groggy. Feel good. So for an initial review, we will see in a couple weeks for the actual growth hormone support, but on a night one does it help you get to sleep, yep. Thank you, that relief was very much needed. When I was reading reviews there was a complaint about pill size. Yes they are horse pills, in my experience all hgh support pills have been. Suck it up, it’s a supplement.

My husband has been taking Nugenix for the last 10 yrs and at his present age of 57 yrs old, I would definitely say they work.

Wasted $70. Save your money or try from local retailer
Pills are HUGE and you need to take 5. I personally never had issues with pills, but needed to take these 3 then 2. I also rarely have side effects, but from the 3rd-7th day(before stopping) i was just in a fog and this was the only supplement swapped out. Felt sleepy, lethargic and had slight headaches. Upon giving up and attempting to return I was told I could not return these, which is a first for me on here. For $70 trying out a new supplement I will get from GNC or local shop that allows returns for such issues.

Follow recommended dosages but with caution. I plan to increase my dosage.
I have started taking this product on a lower dosage. I have only one kidney, but it seems to be helping with my energy.
