The cheese was lovely but VERY badly packed
Lovely cheese but not packed in a cold pack! That's why I only gave it three stars. It was delivered late one evening just before I went to bed. I could smell something strange as I went to turn the hall light off. I thought it was the drain! I opened the door out of curiosity to find this small parcel on my step. I picked it up and when I unwrapped it and found the cheese and I was very annoyed.Luckily, it was edible but I had to put it in a fresh cardboard box in the conservatory that night, where its very cold during the winter at night, rather than putting it straight in the fridge. Thanks heavens for fridge deodorisers! Otherwise I'd have had to throw it away the next day!I suggest the supplier puts an ice pack on the transport of all their blue cheeses in future!I've never had this trouble when buying a supermarket's refrigerated blue cheese.
