Love the stainless steel version. Like that uou have the option to lock the spout lid. Definitely keeps things cold for a good 3-4 hours, havent used warm liquids but I would imagine the same outcome. Would buy again!

Perfect drink mixer
I was using bottled water to make my daily energy/vitamin mix. This is great! No more buying a ton of Costco water or struggling with getting the cap back on or having the mix overflow because it fizzes up. Stays pretty cold in my backpack all day until I drink it. I should've done this awhile ago.
