Been using these drops for about a month now after struggling to swallow those huge magnesium pills. The dropper design makes it super easy to add to my morning water or tea - much more convenient than dealing with tablets. The flavor is surprisingly pleasant with just a slight mineral taste that isn't overpowering when mixed with other beverages. The bottle is well designed and hasn't leaked despite traveling with it in my bag to work several times. Absorption seems good since I don't get that upset stomach feeling I sometimes had with pills. One thing to note is that the dropper doesn't have measurement markings which makes consistent dosing a bit tricky - I've just been estimating which isn't ideal. The liquid is clear with no weird floating bits which is reassuring about the quality. The bottle seems to be lasting well - I'm about 1/3 through after daily use for a month so the value is decent. I received the new packaging version which looks more premium than what's shown in some of the photos. One small complaint is that the dropper sometimes gets a bit sticky around the top which requires occasional cleaning. Customer service was great when I emailed with a question about storage - they responded within a day. Seems like a quality product overall and I'll probably reorder when this bottle runs out. I’ve had lots of trouble getting my magnesium levels where they should be. The liquid magnesium does solve that problem. I think my body absorbs it much better than it does the pills. The flavor is excellent.

Llevo ya unos cuantos días usándolo y no he notado el efecto que tenía con la marca previa (New Elements) que lastimosamente Amazon me dice ya no tiene ese producto a la venta, el cual en cuestión casi instantánea sentía esa mejoría a nivel mental (claridad, desaparición de la y además energía).Actualización: decidí probar durante varios días el producto y para sorpresa mía sentí mucha mejoría, no es rápida como mencioné lo hacía la marca previa que usaba pero si es muy parecida con el pasar de las horas, mi sorpresa mayor fue usar medio gotero con mi hija que nació prematura con muchas complicaciones, dos derrames cerebrales son el punto cardinal, como detalle no está postrada en cama (milagro de Dios…), normalmente es hiperactiva en extremo, al darle la dosis mencionada ha mostrado una estabilidad tanto energética como emocional muy buena.
