I have been using this product for over 20 years. love it. It helps me sleep well with no drowsiness you get from sleeping pills. And it moves the intestines gently to clean you out. Not like laxatives which cramp you. I take it after dinner and the next morning it takes effect. I used to be very constipated and struggled with many products. I eat healthy fiber from fruits and veggies. I carry water with me everywhere and drink about 2 liters a day. commercial fibers tend to bind me up, or upset my stomach. Cleanse More does what is says, it cleans you out and made with natural ingredients that don't upset my stomach. The capsules are medium size not tiny, but not huge. I take them with food ( applesauce, yogurt, chewed food) so they go down easy.

Effective with great !
I absolutely love this daily cleanse and I have been using it daily now for a year and a half. It helps me feel less bloated and regular and I love the fact that it has aloe in it so it does not upset my stomach. I take this at night with a tall glass of water and it has never bothered me in the middle of the night. I love how it cleanses my system and keeps me feeling good and healthy. I highly recommend. I think they have a great quality of ingredients that they use! This was recommended to me by my holistic physician!

CLEANSER KEEPER
I have tried so many cleansers and keep coming back to this one. I take this at night just before I go to bed and this makes me go in the morning, afternoon and night. No cramps and sweaty pping procedures so this is a good one for me. Lol. No foul smell and taste and easy to swallow
