It's a little over priced but other than that it's ok
Once you figure out the most comfortable and affective way to use it it's 👍

No minimal weight adjustment
The rating from 20 to 160 pounds is ridiculous. Could never get the 20 pound setting on this even at its lowest setting was still very difficult to operate.

Honest review: meh
DISCLAIMERS:1) I got this product for free2) I haven’t actively worked out in a while but am trying to get back into it, hence why I requested to review this product3) I can’t say for certain whether my experience with this particular product would apply to all similar products, but I feel like it would which is why I’m not taking any stars off for things like comfortabilityTo start, it was extremely easy to assemble. I didn’t notice any damage, but one thing I can see potentially causing issues is the grip around the resistance springs. One of them was a bit uneven and I couldn’t reposition it myself because of how tightly it’s gripping the spring, but when you use the product you’re moving the spring, meaning there’s a chance it could shift more with repeated use. Not causing any issues now so it has no impact on the reviewIt feels like it’ll give you a decent chest workout/ pump (it’s like a combo of cable flys & a svend press) and using it for hip adduction seems very doable, but I personally don’t like the feel of using it for arm workouts, at least not the exercises they advertise on the pamphletTucking the one side under your armpit (for a bicep curl) is very uncomfortable because the grips are padded, well, to be gripped, and the amount of pressure you need to apply to keep it steady means you’re pretty much just pulling this hard bar against an area that isn’t meant for hard-bar-goofin’Why I took 1 star off of this specific product:1) The version I got says the resistance is 20-110lbs. Bröthr, how is there a 90lb variance when the only option to adjust resistance is having a second hole to slide the grips farther up/ down?2) The price doesn’t seem worth it; even if someone was able to explain #1 to me I’d still keep it a 4-star review. Again, I got this product for free but I’m reviewing it as if I paid for it because someone else is debating on whether or not they *should* pay for it. There are much cheaper and seemingly better options out there-At the time of writing, the price for this product is $37.77. A different seller has an almost identical product for $32.99 (says it’s “on sale” from $49.99), but it comes with 2 extra springs with lower resistance *and* a “training poster” showing you different exercises you can do with it

Nice idea, poor execution
The idea of using springs to create resistance for pectoral and arm strength training is a good one. The problem is that the cushioned metal bars that press against your inner forearms are immediately uncomfortable and limit bloodflow. With sustained use they would absolutely cause bruising. The lingering discomfort from using the device arrives long before I achieve a muscular "burn." Some of the exercises might work for some users. And it's possible that adding a great deal of extra cushioning, e.g. from pool noodles, would help. But the problem is that the skeleton of the thing is still a metal bar pressing against your inner forearm. Not great.
