The scent is subtle and pleasant it doesnt linger and its high quality its good for the money and if your buying it for the effects such as the stuff thats puffed out yes it does that and yes it does calm you down.

Amazing but not over 150 puffs in a stick. Overpriced too

Has improved my breathing and helps clear any phlegm causing obstruction. I am able to take deeper breaths and use my inhaler less.

It works well enough, just really isn't worth the price for the length of time you can use it, barely lasted 3 days and now its completely dead

Although a great idea and very effective when it works, mine lasted less than a day and was no where near 600 puffs not even 100 puffs out of it.

It doesn’t really do as it says. It tastes ok but doesn’t relax you enough to contribute to a good sleep. I had enough energy to go to the gym after.

Even tho it was a good item to use it only released 200 small puffs witch was disappointing hens the reason I haven't brought it again as it staited 300 so on the 600 one you'll have about 450 its a shame really as its a good product but to pay that price and not get wots staited its not worth it
