Heater stopped working.
I bought my unit December 2016 and i barely made it out of warranty before it quit. My unit will not heat but it respond it’s a beep and I can’t understand the gentleman on the phone.Couple months out of warranty and the heat quit.

Nice cold air
Nice cold air in a very hot and humid southern climate. Easily cools the 450 square ft for which it was purchased. Awesome and quick tech response to a question. Okyotech website shows detailed wiring diagram and has electronic PDF manual download you can save to your iPad or iPhone.

Ordered this mini split it arrived on time undamaged installed the system the following morning which took 2 hrs, very impressed with the system the dehumid will works much better than expected the room in which this was installed in the air seems crisp and cool All in all very happy with the product and will recommend it should the application arise

bit of time in swett equity but worth it
works great i did all the wiring myself no matter what you will need a hvac technician to do the vacuum purge and nitrogen on the lin i paid pretty good for that on a saturday it took him 2 hrs at $120 hr but once he was done i finished wiring and flipped the switch on the 24000 btu seems to be working great so far we are on day one.
