We initially ordered 2 of the bracelets in 11mm size 7 and 11mm size 8. Somehow we kept getting 9.5 mm both in size 8. Then we reordered and got the same thing. We ended up with 6 bracelets. We are keeping 3 and returning 3.

I bought this bracelet for my hubby for Father's Day and it's gorgeous!! Looks like real gold, sturdy, great quality! I like it even better than the first one I bought him when we were first married and that one was real gold. Highly recommend!!

I had bought this beautiful bracelet last October 2021. I love the weight and feel of it and have had many compliments on the bracelet. Well it had tarnished and I needed a replacement. With a few attempts I received a beautiful new bracelet about 3 weeks after I sent the original one back for replacement. Jon was fantastic as my customer service representative....I highly recommend Lifetime Jewelry and will not hesitate to make more purchases in the future from them.

Tarnishes over time and I’ve sent one back to vendor to be replaced and have not heard back from them.

Looks great & feels nice when on. Had a jeweler comment on how nice it was. When I had a problem and the clasp broke I took it to a jeweler who said that it would very difficult to fix and the replacement would be very expensive. Apparently thought it was solid gold. When I contacted Lifetime about the clasp they said that they would just replace the bracelet, no charge.
