I use this every morning in my black coffee, and there is no taste of the oil. It helps with my digestion and keeps me regular. It is one of the best products I’ve used being on Keto.

It has no flavor so can put in in either hot or cold beverage. Purchased it from a big box store and due to Covid-19 they stop selling it. So glad Amazon has on line and it is the exact same price. It is great to get you up and going in the am and keeps you alert.

I am so far LOVING this product. It mixes in pretty good with my cold coffee. I haven't used any of it for cooking, yet, but I've read that MCT Oil can be used for many things. I haven't had it very long, but I plan on testing it out for different uses. I'll definitely be ordering more! *Update-I've already ordered more and I'm not close to running out of my first bottle but, I didn't want to not have any on hand when I do run it dry lol

It’s MCT oil. The product is good. It works like any other. But I really am not liking this bottle. It’s got a wide Mouth pour spout type opening. Meaning when you want a l title in your coffee it spills everywhere all over the counter and aide of the bottle. They should have thought this through and made it a nice easy squeeze bottle like other brands. I won’t be purchasing again until they fix the bottle cap.
